Val Green
Val Green was born in Port Elizabeth in 1948. After 7 years at various art schools she took over the Modern Dance Centre and taught dance for 14 years. In 1988 she moved to Cape Town and began giving art classes from a garden studio in Wynberg. She has had 11 one-woman exhibitions - one by invitation in the USA. She has works in the Cape Town National Gallery and the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Gallery.
She recently published a book called 'What's the Point?'
